Instructions for physical/Virtual Presentations

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper in ACIT’2024. It is a great opportunity to share your contribution to the 25^th edition of ACIT'2024 hosted by Zarqa University. The presentation of the accepted papers will be in one of the two themes:

1. The Physical presenters are expected to prepare their slides for 10 minutes and 3 minutes of QA. The timeslot is booked and shown in the ACIT'2024 program. 

1. The Virtual presenters must share a video with the following instructions:

1. The video must have a high-quality resolution. 
2. The video name should start with the paper_ID.
3. The video must show the author's slides for a 10-minute presentation.
4. The presenter(s) should open their front camera during the video to show the author's face.
5. The presenter should enter to the virtual session link during the conference timeslot given in the ACIT’2024 program for QA. Preferably, it is good to enter the hall virtual meeting from the beginning to the end of your session.
6. The deadline for submitting the video is on Nov. 30. 
7. Please test your video before you submit it to ACIT using any of the following methods:

-       Upload your video to the one drive folder (acit2024-Online folder) that will be shared with you.  

-       Upload your video to the google drive folder (acit2024-Online folder) that will be shared with you.  

-       WeTransfer application (or any other) to the following email: acit2024.zarqa@gmail.com.
