Kareem Morsy is an engineering leader with 21+ years of experience in R&D, software/product development, and operations. Since 2017, he has served as VP of Automotive Services at Brightskies, leading 170+ engineers and supporting global customers across Europe, the US, and Asia. He previously led IBM’s Mobile, Embedded, and IoT service area, managing deliveries and a team of 30+ engineers.

Kareem began his career with IBM/Valeo as one of the first engineers at Valeo Egypt, gaining full-lifecycle automotive software experience before moving into project management. Earlier, he worked at Bahgat R&D as a hardware/system engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Alexandria University.
