Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper in ACIT 2025 - hosted by AASTMT, Alexandria, Egypt - and its inclusion in the conference program. The presentation of the registered papers will be in one of the two following themes:

1. Physical presenters are required to prepare their slides for a maximum duration of 10 minutes. The session and timeslot is as stated in the ACIT 2025 program. Please follow the instructions of your session chair(s).

1. Virtual presenters must prepare and submit beforehand a presentation video as backup if Internet connectivity is not stable or weak during the virtual session. Please adhere to the following instructions:

1. The video must have a high-quality resolution.
2. The video file name should start with the paper ID.
3. The total video duration is maximum 10-minutes presentation with voice over audio.
4. Fill the following form providing a link to your prepared publicly accessible video presentation. (Your presentation can be posted to any shared folder on Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive for example or similar platforms).

1. Please test your video before you submit it to make sure it is fully accessible and operational.
2. The deadline for submitting the video is Saturday December 13^th.
3. The virtual presenter needs to join to the virtual session to present live during the conference session timeslot stated in the ACIT 2025 program. Virtual sessions’ links will be communicated. It is recommended to be available from the start till the end of the virtual session.
4. The duration of the live presentation is maximum 10 minutes to be strictly enforced by the session chair(s). The presenter need to open their camera for interaction.
5. If the presenter cannot present live due to connectivity issues or any other problems, then the submitted presentation video will be played. In such case, it is required that the presenter is available online for Q&A.
