1. Pre-Recorded Presentation:

We hope you are looking forward to ACIT' being hosted by Misr University for Science & Technology, which is only a few weeks away.

To ensure ACIT'2020 run smoothly while maintaining levels of interactivity we will be running sessions as a blend of live and pre-receded content. Each presenter will be required to upload a pre-recorded video of their oral presentations by 17th November.

Presenters will be expected to attend their allocated live-session where their pre-recorded video will be shown (if the presenter wishes they may present live).

Following each oral presentation, live Q&S will take place. All attendees will be requested to attend their session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to test their microphone level and meet the session chair.

2. Preparing your Recorded Presentation:

1. Pre-recorded presentations should be recorded at maximum of 10 minutes, this duration will allow for 5 minutes of live questions.

2. We request pre-recorded presentations are a file size less than 100 MB.

3. Presentations videos must be in MP4 format-please don't try to upload PowerPoint or PDF files.

4. All papers (Whether you wish to present live or not) must submit a pre-recorded presentation by the 17th November and attend their live Q&A, this is a requirement for your paper to appear in IEEE Xplore.

5. It is suggested that you record your presentation using a method that captures both your slides, and yourself presenting.

3. Instructions for uploading your video presentation

1. A link will be sent to registered Authors/Presenters to upload their pre-recorded presentation from the 1st November.

2. Click the link then select your MP4 video file and filling your first and last name then upload ( deadline 17th November 2020)..

4. Oral Presentation Guidelines:

1. Online Oral Presentation will be conducted via Microsoft Teams Meeting. Authors name and password will be sent to registered Authors/Presenters to join ACIT'2020 via Teams.

2. All presenters are requested to reach the Online Session Room/ Chanel prior to the schedule time and complete their presentation on time.

3. All presentations times are shown in Egypt Standard Time (GMT+02:00).

4. If a presenter is not able to show up via Teams, the session chair/ conference secretary will download and play the pre-recorded video presentation during his/her scheduled presentation time.
