ACIT'2021 will be held at Sultan Qaboos University in the period of 21th DEC - 23th DEC 2021.Sultan Qaboos University, located in Al Khoudh in the Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, thefirst public university in the Sultanate of Oman. Sultan Qaboos University is the realization of thepromise announced by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said during the 10th anniversary of Oman’sNational Day in 1980. Construction started in 1982 and the first Sultan Qaboos University studentswere enrolled in 1986.The College of Arts and Social Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University aspires to become a leadingregional and international center of excellence in teaching, research and community service.The Department of Information Studies aspires to provide an outstanding education in InformationStudies. It also endeavors to be an outstanding and innovative academic department serving the nextfive yearsOmani society in the field of information with leadership at the local and regional levels.Recently, the department obtained an academic accreditation certificate or the undergraduateor the undergraduateprogram from the British CILIP organization for the next five years.

Authors are invited to submit papers as Microsoft's Word document using the IEEE format. Accepted papers for authors who completeregistration will be published by ACIT and the conference proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore(IEEE application approved). Authors of the best selected papers presented at the conference will be invited to preparean extended version of their papers to be considered for publication in a special edition of The International ArabJournal of Information Technology (IAJIT). IAJIT is a Worldwide recognized Journal and is indexed in major scientificdatabases. : ISI/SCI, SCOPUS, DBLP, among others.

EVALUATION PROCESSE

The evaluation of submitted papers is based on the importance and usefulness of the research topic. Technical merits,novelty of the approach, soundness of results, and clarity of presentation are also considered as factors of theevaluation process. Each article will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees.
