To All Authors:
Please be aware of the following important instructions:
1- A revised version of the paper-based on the reviewer's comments should be submitted to email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) using the IEEE template https://acit2k.org/ACIT/index.php/camera-ready2020 before Nov 10, 2020.
2- The filled registration form and the payment proof have to be sent to the organizing committee by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.,) before Nov 15, 2020.
3- A Link will be sent to contact authors to upload their paper pre-recorded presentation.
Please note that (links for uploading presentation are available now on the ACIT website, you can use this link to check: https://acit2k.org/ACIT/index.php/links-of-sessions
Click on the link that corresponds to your session number (1-14) from the conference program https://acit2k.org/ACIT/index.php/conference-program, select your MP4 video, and fill in your first and last name then upload the video before Nov 17, 2020.
4- You are required to fill and submit a copyright release form (later on).
Note that:
• The above instructions are the requirement for your paper to appear in the IEEE Xplore.
• The conference will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
• Author's username and password will be sent to a registered author for joining ACIT'2020 via MS Teams.
